Definition: Connecting, posting, messaging, or sending any content that is compromising, harmful, tortious, disparaging, or hostile.

Definition: Posting, linking to, or referring to materials that comprise or promote criminal behaviour including but not limited to child pornography, paedophilia, or violence. Method: Complete and submit a Legal Issue Submission Form selecting "Posting of Illegal Material."
Definition: PL MART responds to clear notification of copyright infringement. Method: Submit a Legal Issue Submission Form selecting "Copyright Infringement" and include URLs, user info, and description of items.
Definition: Distribution of private information (KYC docs, credit card numbers, SSN, driver’s license, etc.) is prohibited. Method: Submit a Legal Issue Submission Form selecting "Infringement of Privacy."
Definition: Services should not be used for illegal purposes or promoting criminal activity. Method: Submit a Legal Issue Submission Form.
Definition: Content promoting hate against groups based on race, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, or sexual orientation, or direct threats of violence, is prohibited.
Definition: The communication of viruses, malware, and unsolicited commercial messages is not permitted.
