This Agreement oversees your support in the PL MART Affiliate Program. This report applies provided that you have enrolled as a PL MART Affiliate to procure commissions on promoting and references.
This PL MART Affiliate Agreement (henceforth, the "Understanding") is a legitimate agreement between the client ("You", "Your" and so on) and PL MART ("PL MART"). The Agreement administers the agreements of administration overseeing your PL MART Affiliate Account (the "Record"). Your utilisation of the Account is contingent unintentional upon your acknowledgment of this Agreement.
To pursue or get an Account, you should submit or keep up with on record with PL MART certain enlistment information, as mentioned by PL MART's internet-based enrolment structure. Such enrolment information will incorporate your name, address, email address, site URLs, and charging data.
AS A CONDITION OF RECEIVING AN ACCOUNT, YOU PROMISE, REPRESENT, AND WARRANT THE FOLLOWING:
PL MART may reject or cancel your Account at any time for violation of these terms.
PL MART consents to pay commission charges in credit towards PL MART wallet ("Credit") as per the inclination of the record proprietor. Payments will be made after purchases are verified and finalised.
Commissions are only paid after confirmed purchases. Refunds or declined transactions do not qualify for commission.
Commissions are paid according to the rates available at the time of purchase. PL MART may modify rates by posting updates on its affiliate page.
Commissions are applicable on selected investment and profit-related products. PL MART reserves the right to add or remove eligible products with one month’s notice.
Clients may receive payments as credits or request payouts in USD, RUB, or EUR. Payment requests must be initiated by the user.
PL MART may update the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect thirty (30) days after notification on the official website.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. PL MART may terminate immediately in case of a breach. Remaining balances will be paid upon termination.
All graphics, icons, code, and intellectual property provided by PL MART remain its exclusive property. You acknowledge PL MART’s ownership of all related rights.
PL MART provides services “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. It disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
PL MART shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of income or data. Total liability will not exceed fees paid within the last 30 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold PL MART harmless from claims or losses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of information.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any service is to cancel your account. Refunds are only provided where explicitly stated.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, under the jurisdiction of Moscow courts. The prevailing party in any dispute may recover reasonable legal fees.
This document constitutes the complete agreement between you and PL MART. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full effect.
No party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. All notices must be made via email and take effect the next business day.
You may not assign this Agreement without PL MART’s written consent. You will receive periodic updates and can opt out anytime.
